• Referrals to Resolutions Ratio: This ratio defines how many referrals are expected to lead to a resolution. For example, if the ratio is 1.5, then every 1.5 referrals would result in 1 resolution.

How to Use This Page:

1. Enter the desired ratio for converting screenings to referrals.
